Mr.Carlos Lopez, First of all there are signs posted all over the store that clearly state “All racquets and shoes sales are final!” also printed on the receipt that you did’t bother to read, further more you purchased shoes that were 50% Off and Cleareance items are final sale as mentioned to you by the clerk.
In addition , we offered you store credit for the amount of the shoes already bending our rules , but you wanted cash and we don’t return cash as stated on our receipt that once again you didn’t bother to read.
Your behavior towards my female employes was VERY AGGRESSIVE , rude and disrespectful as reviewed on the security video.
We have word from many of our customers that you are slandering Grass Court Sports; it is very gratifying to know that we have loyal customers who know the kind of person you are.Let’s clear something up it is no that you wont shop here again it’s that you are banned from here.
You should take a class on morals and ethics and by the way if you don’t want to shop here go to Pro Tennis World…… Wait, you are banned from there too.
