In addition , we offered you store credit for the amount of the shoes already bending our rules , but you wanted cash and we don't return cash as stated on our receipt that once again you didn't bother to read. Your behavior towards my female employes was VERY AGGRESSIVE , rude and disrespectful as reviewed on the security video. We have word from many of our customers that you are slandering Grass Court Sports; it is very gratifying to know that we have loyal customers who know the kind of person you are.Let's clear something up it is no that you wont shop here again it's that you are banned from here. You should take a class on morals and ethics and by the way if you don't want to shop here go to Pro Tennis World...... Wait, you are banned from there too.
